Aiden had no idea what she was in for. She'd never seen anyone fight before, except for on tv, and as of now- she was a little uneasy. Fighting reminded her of her father, but she'd put that aside for Aric. He'd asked her to come, and she couldn't say no. He was her best guy friend, and even if she wanted more than that, she'd support him. She always would. Damon was still gone, so she was enjoying her current freedom, even if the pair were texting back and forth constantly. He was neurotic, and worrying about her, and she had a reason to worry- since he was back in San Diego... with their father. Aric was right though, Damon could fend for himself.
She been dancing all day, her favorite past time, and she'd gotten some things done. In the dance world, that meant she'd done some choreography, and she was pleased with it. She took a quick shower and started to freshen up. She'd had her outfit planned since yesterday. She took her time, as it seemed to help with her nerves. She was always like this before new situations, in a way it was nice because she finished worrying before she got to a place, so the rest of the night she'd be cool and collected.
She grabbed her bag and stepped into her heels. As a typical girl, she loved high heels, though dancing in them caused wearing them out to be painless, which always seemed to be a problem for others. She stepped into her car, tossing her purse into the passenger seat before driving away. She was thankful she had a good sense of direction and found the place right away, otherwise she'd become nervous all over again.
She pulled up and parked, and slowly got out of her car, and headed to the door. She paid the cover fee and walked inside, feeling slightly overwhelmed. She pulled out her phone and texted a few friends, Anya included, to see if she'd have any company for the night. It'd be bound to get awkward though, with the whole Aric/Anya drama... but she'd make it work. He was more important right now anyways, she'd come to see him, like he asked, though it'd be nice if her best friend was there too.....
She wandered around, getting used to the setting, when she saw a familiar face. It was Aric, and he was surrounded by a mob of people. She decided to stay back, out of the way, and simply watched, a smile growing on her face. She was excited to watch him do the thing he loved- it was like her with her dance. She watched as he stepped to the mat, her heart starting to beat faster. She couldn't help but worry, it was a compulsive thing for her.
