Mason didn't feel into the whole scene today. He loved living in California but the work was definately draining him, he never knew why. Acting was his passion, but coming home so late from set, only getting a few hours of sleep can get to you. Especially if you have to get up in the morning and do the same thing all over again. Not exactly an ideal life for anyone, but that's what you get when you wanna be famous. You can never catch a break here in California, but you have to adjust to it, right? Right. Mason definately adjusted to it. He never had much time off, but he enjoyed the time he did get off because it was all for him. He didn't have anyone else to worry about, except for himself and he liked that. He liked being care free sometimes, he felt like he was on cloud nine when he was just relaxing, forgetting about everything and anything that could even try to cloud up in his mind.
He's lived in California his whole life and is just starting to get the hang of it, to be honest. He goes out on Friday's, if of course, he had them off, and he likes the whole party scene. He meets a lot of people and to him, that's fun. He's an active guy and he loves being out with friends, laughter was his true adrenaline. He couldn't even go a day without laughing if he even tried to, it was just too hard for him. Meeting people was awesome, he was always happy and people would just come up to him, if he was out. Being an actor did that to you, people always came up to ask for your autograph. Mason loved when that happend, he would never pass up a chance to take a picture with a fan, or sign an autograph. He's always actually looking for a chance to do that, that's why he's actually out when he has the time to be out. Free time was like his kryptonite, he lived on it when he could.
It was a chilly day outside, but Mason needed his free time as he actually had it. He'd been dressed simply for the past couple hours after he got up and hung around at home, before deciding he would get to the beach to mess around by himself and enjoy the waves. It took him about twenty minutes to get to his destination from his house, and he parked at the beach parking lot before getting out his car and locking it behind him. He let out a laugh at the paparazzi gearing around, and he flashed a few smiles, as they shout out questions, but he just shook his head. At a certain one, he couldn't help but let out a small laugh. "Nope, i'm not meeting anyone here. I'm all by my lonesome today." He said, before flashing a peace sign, and jogging down to the beach. The paparazzi always thought Mason was at the beach to meet somebody, but it was always someone that just happend to be at the beach too, not someone Mason really knew.
Getting back to work was a part of his life, too. He may be a party animal but he knows when to calm down and get back into his work state. Having fun was just one part of him, working as a serious person was another. He loved acting, it was his calling and he went to lengths to prove that. He never stopped at anything, he goes to every audition that he can and he most likely ends up getting the parts because of how accomplished he is with acting already. That got to Mason, he thought that sometimes maybe other people should get a chance to do what they dreamed about. Giving the part to him all the time just takes that dream away from other people that have really worked hard for it. I mean, don't get him wrong, he loves when he gets parts in anything because it makes him feel accomplished, but he hated feeling bad because he thought he was taking something away from someone else. He hated feeling bad, sometimes it would drive him to think about some stupid things, but of course, he never actually thought of doing them. He couldn't bare to hurt his family.
Thankfully getting away from the paparazzi in a few seconds tops, a new record for him, Mason walked along the sandy ways of the beach. He loved coming here on chilly days, no one really was around unless they needed to get away, too. It was okay to Mason though, strangers are just friends you haven't met yet. Smiling a little, Mason let out a heavied sigh as he just thought. His life was perfect at the moment, he just didn't know why. Walking over to a shady spot on the sand, Mason looked at the sand before sitting down. That was a habit of his, he looked at sand before he sat down on it. He didn't know why, but sometimes it seriously bothered him. Weird, yeah...All well. He forgot about it, it wasn't that bad. Mason laid back on the sand and rested his hands behind his head, staring up at the gloomy sky. The sky seemed dull but a smile still remained on his face. Ah, free time. The only thing Mason seemed to want at this moment.
