VESPER CHARLES MONROE!  | nineteen | returning student | diabetic | signed | sweet | dorky | italian | straight | single | why think to hard when it’s so soothing, dancing through life // [/font][/color] B A C K G R O U N D ![/i] [/size][/font][/color] Vesper was born in the booming, and beautiful city of New York, New York. But that didn’t last long, this guy’s moved around quite a bit. See when he was little his mother and him left his father because he was a wee bit on the abusive side. The woman ran away to Rome, Italy to live with her parents. And that’s where Vesper was raised until he was about ready to start Junior High. He moved back to the states, and lived in New York again for a couple years before his mother met his mother again. He was better, and to prove it moved the family again, this time to Winchester Bay just so Ves could attend an arts academy. High school was never a pleasant experience for Ves, he was the dork, the school loner. The weird guy that lacked the social skills to climb the popularity ladder. Luckily though the dumpster dumps, locker slams and flushing of his glasses stopped once he hit senior year. He graduated like any kid and went on a trek to L.A. to get signed. Lucky for him, he managed. How? His dad had some connections and got him in, got him a deal and he’s just starting off. His band just finished their first record and it’s currently in the editing and advertising process. He’s back at school though to retake a couple classes, just so that he has his full schooling under his belt if the band blows.
[/size][/justify][/blockquote] dancing through life, if only because dust is what we come to //[/font][/color] P E R S O N A L I T Y ![/i][/size][/font][/color] Vesper comes off as shy, though isn’t, he’s just that reserved guy that doesn’t speak unless spoken to, and even then doesn’t reply unless there’s a good reason to. Why? Well after enough smacks from his father he’s learned to hold his tongue. That being said, his temper is off the handle once you do get him pissed off. Hit a nerve and he’ll most likely explode, but verbally more then physically. He’s rather smart, and can manipulate when he needs to, though doesn’t come off as the average nerd. He’s kind of dorky, but more in an adorable way. He’s modest and fairly quiet, level headed and suave. Yes, Mr. Antisocial is suave, and romantic when he wants to be… Which isn’t very often. See, though love is something his family ground into his head, he never say it between his parents growing up, so isn’t entirely sure it’s true. He’s much more the guy to dance his way through school without stepping on toes, and lives the unexamined life… Free of stress, careless and with a lack of responsibility. Oh yeah. Sarcasm is also this guy’s third language after English and Italian. So for friends we’re looking at people that would approach him, but not scare him off. Once a friend is considered a friend by Vesper, he’s pretty loyal. Lovers he’s kinda taken... Enemies are great? I don’t know… He’s fairly quiet and keeps to himself, so these might be far and between.

NATHANIEL JAMES FLYNN!  ] | twenty | straight | musical tutor | cocky | sarcastic | intimidating | guarded | single | why think to hard when it’s so soothing, dancing through life // [/font][/color] B A C K G R O U N D ![/i] [/size][/font][/color] Nathaniel Flynn was the first of two boys born to Nathan and Alexandra Flynn. Twins in fact, fraternal. Nate was born all of three minutes before Zander, but rubs that fact in his brother’s face constantly. The Flynn family lived in Canada for most of their lives. The two boys were raised in a small town Kimberly in BC, Canada. They’ve only been in Winchester Bay about five years. One big thing that Nate was raised on was hockey, the whole town was hockey crazy... Nate started the game at an incredibly young age, so did his brother. Within years he was one of the best forwards in the town. His plan was to try to get into it professionally. Until a shoulder injury two years prior ruined that dream, making hockey a sport that he can only watch. As if to add to that he was stuck in a crappy little town with nothing else to hold his interest. Except his old guitar. He wasn’t amazing by any means, but he could read and write music... So he recently took up an internshiop style teaching job at St. Thomas.

Nate acts as though he’s just awesome, as though he’s above everyone and everything. He acts like a man whore and truthfully isn’t. All in all? Guarded. Well. Nate is very much the guy that doesn’t want to seem weak, and that’s probably been from always being overshadowed by his brother is school and hockey. Nate needed something to be better at, so he just tried to be cooler. He comes off as a little jerkish, but has a really soft, mushy interior. friends? Well, he isn’t technically a student... Almost a student teacher of a sort, so he’d probably have some friends in the student body, more so then the teachers. Lovers are kinda open, but again, not straining. Exes and flings welcome. Family is closed. Enemies? Oh. He’ll have a few of these with his attitude.

MARKUS ROGER LIGHTWOOD!  | twenty-seven | biology and film studies teacher | straight | smart, smart, smart | sarcastic | passionate | cool | opinionated | single | why think to hard when it’s so soothing, dancing through life // [/font][/color] B A C K G R O U N D ![/i] [/size][/font][/color] So, this is the newest teacher to hit the halls of our wonderful school. He’s also the youngest teacher, and is incredibly lucky he snagged a spot when he did. Mark here (or Mr. Lightwood) is the biology teacher who also teaches Film Studies. He was born in New Jersey and raised by two fathers. Yes. They were gay. Mark is not, he uses this argument again people that discourage gay adoption because it’ll ‘create more gays’. Mark had a tougher life back home, he hopped through school faster then most kids and with his parents being as they were he got picked on a lot. He got bullied and pushed around. This led to a problem with Heroin and alcohol soon after he graduated. He got out of that loop after two years though, under strict orders and help from his fathers. However, being from a small town meant that everyone knew that he had done it. So even with college degrees, his schools wouldn’t hire him. So he left all that behind to teach here. And coach the cheer squad… Kind of. He doesn’t really know what he’s doing there, he just took it for the extra time.

He’s a pretty mature guy, level headed for his age. He’s older them my years, or at least he feels that way. He’s passionate and stubborn, but also cares about himself above others. When he stands for something, he won’t step down. He’s still a nerd, deep down has a thing against bullying. I know that sounds lame, but he hates it, so he tries to help with the problem. Some call me a flirt, but he doesn’t even realise he’s doing it half the time… It just happens. Oh. His temper... He's kind of a jack ass when he gets angry... Which is a lot of the time. He's almost always pissed at something. Which is kind of hypocritical because he can turn into quite the bully himself. friends of Mark will probably be some upperclassman, he gest along well with others and is that teacher that most kids wouldn’t mind calling a friend. He’s pretty laid back when it comes to being a teacher, and his young age helps that. Lovers are open, but I’m not exactly straining on a search. Family is closed. He’s a single child with no cousins. Enemies? Well... Get creative.

yeeesssss for msn buddies! zaryn thinks he's pretty hot, and he's a young staff teacher dude... which means she'd probably just end up having sexual dreams about him all the time and wishing that students and staff members were allowed to be together. no clue what he thinks of her...?

so he's pretty cute. that's all zaryn would really care about. she'd know she had absolutely no chance with him, but she'd probably daydream about him a fair bit. it could be entertaining if they were to run into each other outside of school. and i don't know if you'd want to, but they could have a fling or something equally illegal for some good ol' drama... ;)

V E S P E R & Z A R Y N [/font] She could go ahead and flirt with him, he's on the upstart of being famous, he'd eat it up. He might not flirt back, and he might depending on the situation and whether he knows his girlfriend cheated on him or not. Hard to say, could be very interesting.
N A T E & Z A R Y N[/font] He's not technically a staff member of the school, he's a tutor, not even a student teacher. So he's probably likely to flirt with her if he feels like it. Heck, he's probably slept with a fair share of the cheer squad just because he can. Also, I forgot to add it, he also has a kid, if she really wants to flirt, she could offer to babysit xD.

He's a flirt but I don't know if he'd risk his job and all the schooling he did to sleep with a student though, he's fairly mature about it. However I don't see why we can't play around with some attraction between them. Perhaps throw in a kiss or something.

okay, so i've decided that zaryn must babysit nate's kid. because it'll be so damn entertaining. she'll totally lose it and wind up hating the kid more than she already would... but she'd do it anyways as many times as it took for nate to notice. just because he's amazingly beautiful.
